Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TagMi mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using TagMi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and capable of entering a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you create and share, but grant TagMi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make available that content to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Services in accordance with your settings. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content.

Do not use TagMi to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate others; harass, threaten, exploit, or defraud; post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content; distribute malware; manipulate engagement; scrape the Services without permission; or interfere with platform security or operation.

We may review, remove, restrict, label, or refuse content or accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, law, or platform safety requirements. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary. Our moderation actions do not create an obligation to monitor all activity.

Creator profiles, booking, collaboration, merchant, rewards, wallet, and similar features may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, fees, and third-party-provider rules. TagMi is not a party to agreements between users unless we expressly state otherwise. Users are responsible for their communications, services, taxes, and legal obligations.

Payments, subscriptions, rewards, tokens, wallets, and digital-asset features may be provided by third parties and are subject to their terms. Transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for confirming transaction details and for applicable taxes. We may limit or discontinue these features where required by law, security, or platform policy.

TagMi and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, designs, and content we provide. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit our intellectual property without permission.

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TagMi does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always-available Services, or the accuracy, quality, or legality of user content or third-party offerings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagMi Social Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services.

You will indemnify and hold harmless TagMi Social Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for these Terms, safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Page for deletion information.

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services or other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
